2. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Process:

   • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability and are only processed for defective or damaged items.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
